The psyche of a dog is extremely complicated and unique to him or her. All dogs, like all humans, have much in common. Such as brain structure, instinct and basic needs. But, within that there are a huge range of variables. Everything from environment and experiences to physical health, diet, age and breed must be taken into consideration when evaluating and training or rehabilitating a dog.

The most important issues when training a dog is respect, trust, patience and compassion. This cannot be accomplished with any type of cruelty, dominance or pain. (Short term this may work, but, long term it's a disaster!!!)
