Alone, Aging & Long Term Care cannot fulfill our mission. We work with local partners and contract with community agencies to provide long-term services and supports for older adults and adults with disabilities. Services include in-home care, home-delivered meals, family caregiver support, transportation, information and assistance, referrals, and more.

Through community partners, Aging & Long Term Care provides funding for services to older adults and individuals living with a disability in our five-county area.
