Over the years, we have provided heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems for homes ranging in size from 1,000 sq. ft. to 45,000 sq. ft.

We are currently working on a 30,000 sq. ft. residence utilizing Carrier high efficiency, variable speed heat pumps with their “Greenspeed Intelligence”. The residence also is equipped with radiant floor heating and snow melting panels which are served by high efficiency gas-fired condensing boilers with a 93% AFUE rating.

The residence also features a movie theater, wine cellar, trampoline building and indoor swimming pool with a specialized system for controlling temperature and humidity, as well as heating the pool water.

We are equally comfortable with smaller residential projects. Existing homes or new construction, gas or oil, heat pump, chillers, geothermal, hydro-air, baseboard heating, warm air furnaces; no matter, we design and install systems to meet your needs and your budget.

On the commercial side, we are known for our unique design-build capability from conception to final installation and start-up. We recently completed or are still involved in the following design-build projects:

Private school gymnasium and support facilities such as locker rooms, etc.
20,000 sq. ft. offices for corporate headquarters with attached warehouse.
Community Center with indoor swimming pool complex, gymnasium, locker facilities and related exercise and training spaces.
Office for private aircraft support facilities at Westchester County Airport.
45,000 sq. ft. medical device manufacturing facility, with various temperature and humidity requirements for the separate areas of the building.
