Aleph-Bet Books is owned and operated by Helen & Marc Younger. Helen founded the business in 1977 after a career as a librarian and Marc joined in 1985; Helen has been a member of the ABAA since 1982.
We welcome visits by appointment as we're not an open shop. Our entire stock of nearly 9,000 items is on display in a library within our home in Pound Ridge, NY.
We issue three illustrated catalogues of select stock per year. Catalogues are $12, (cost is credited to purchase) and are complimentary to libraries and institutions. Request a catalogue. Customized e-catalogues are complimentary upon request.
