Born and raised in Chico, CA Shelley Allen and her daughter Stephanie share a combined 26 years of experience in the window covering industry. As Chico State alumni, Shelley and Stephanie have backgrounds in Interior Architecture and Business Marketing. Being a small family-owned and operated business, they can promise superior customer service, minute attention to detail, and more time allocated for thorough in-home consultations.
