Tony has been actively involved in several successful technology ventures during his career. Most recently, as VP of Sales & Marketing for TenantFlo.com a rapidly growing web-based property management software.

As VP of Sales & Marketing for Distriba, Tony oversaw all the day to day operations of this social networking startup. He successfully raised capital and launched two specialty social networks in the dental space and the MLM space. The economic crash made the interest in investing in these specialty social networks less appealing.

Prior to this, Tony spent 15 years with Dentrix Dental Systems and with Henry Schein after Schein acquired Dentrix. He started as the first support technician and 6th employee and was an integral part of growing the company to in excess of 500 employees and hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue.

Tony grew through the sales channels and became an Area Sales Manager who hired, trained and motivated the sales team to consistently make double digit growth quotas. He eventually became the National Sales Manager and was responsible for the launch of the digital technology products that integrated with and complimented the core practice management software packages, Dentrix and Easy Dental software. Both companies are known as successful vendors of healthcare software and services and have been recognized among the Inc. 500 fastest growing companies in the United States. In this role he oversaw 10 Area Sales Managers and over 150 sales people. Cstomers ranged from medical ENT’s using EHR/EMR to Dental professionals.

Tony next chose to return to school and recieve his MBA and so took on the role of New Business Development Manager at Henry Schein to eliminate some travel and focus on furthering his education.
