Established in 1986, Aminco Resources’ core focus is supplying carbon materials as well as complementary products to the global primary aluminum and steel industries. Importantly, Aminco works closely with its customer base in supplying carbon technology “know-how” to reduce raw material cost by improving carbon consumption.

Aminco operates on an exclusive basis with R&D Carbon Ltd of Switzerland, to technically support production of our carbon products as well as to assist customers with optimizing product consumption.

Aminco’s headquarters are in New York with offices in Zurich and Beijing. Additionally, we have an extensive network of agents worldwide to support product supply and customer service.

The principals of Aminco Resources have over 50 years of combined experience supplying and producing carbon products to customers in the basic metal industries. From 1990 – 2001, the principals of Aminco owned equity in a large US based calciner, Venco, in a 50/50 joint venture with Conoco (now ConocoPhilips), where they were responsible for marketing.
