Janelle Loevner opened Anthem Home in 2008 to share her passion for residential design. Anthem Home occupies an old grocery store on Sacramento Street, in San Francisco’s Pacific Heights neighborhood. The store features an open interior with gorgeous coffered ceilings and Italian Limestone floors. Anthem Home offers an exclusive collection of home decor, tabletop, lighting, furniture, accessories, jewelry and gifts to discerning Bay Area clientele and Interior Design Professionals.

Janelle has over 20 years of experience in interior design and architecture and has worked for leading office furniture manufacturers and residential retailers. She has a degree in Interior Design and started her career at the Merchandise Mart in Chicago doing contract interiors. After moving to NYC, she pursued her true passion for residential interiors. She completed residential renovation projects in New York City and Greenwich, CT, with a focus on construction and interior architecture before moving to the Bay Area and opening Anthem.

Today Janelle maintains her role as Principal and is the Head Buyer and Merchandiser for both Anthem Home and Anthem Bed & Bath, located just two doors down from the flagship Sacramento Street location in San Francisco.
