The late '90s marked the creation of Apex Facility Resources. Our founder, Marlaine McCauley understood the change in the marketplace with the development of various industries and knew that the commercial furnishings and moving market didn’t need another brawny guy with a box truck. Apex was built to adjust for the widening gap between traditional moving and facilities management service companies were offering and the increasingly complex and interconnected services that contemporary organizations needed.

Demographic trends have changed the workforce. Companies have redefined what a traditional office looks like and how it functions. Even the definition of what it means to “come to work” has changed, culminating in the nature of work itself is forever altered.
