Bill, Michele and Cindy are each direct managers of over approximately 250 properties each. Remaining staff members are Molly Scott, Assistant Property Manager for Bill, Daisy Puente, Assistant Property Manager for Michele, Sally Ann Mejia, the company bookkeeper; Cyndie Scott and Celeste Serrano; Administrative Assistants who help with marketing and other administrative functions; and Daniel Pinto and Will Backus, who assist with a variety of administrative duties.

Our office phones are always answered live during office hours. If the person you ask for is not available, one of us will try to help, take a message, or direct you to a cell phone if necessary. All calls are returned within one business day and generally much sooner.
