Our pit (Black Stallion) never stops smoking! Ribs, chicken, homemade (pork, beef, deer) sausage, pulled pork, whole turkeys, whole hams, burgers, and of courseā¦our famous beef brisket. The brisket we serve smokes for 18 hours and goes on everything from the potatoes and nachos to our newest best seller, Crack Mac. In order for us to supply the demand, we keep it smoking. The candied yams, mac n cheese, green beans, potato salad, smoked beans, and other sides are made fresh daily.
