For over 30 years, Celia Diaz has helped coordinate the evacuation of U.S. Citizens who are injured while traveling in Mexico. Considered by many to be Baja’s “Guardian Angel”, Celia has appeared in numerous newspaper articles and on NBC’s DATELINE and the Dr. Laura Schlesinger show. She is relentless when she receives a phone call, often in the middle of the night, and relies on dozens of contacts to help coordinate an injured person’s return back into the United States.

Born in Guadalajara, Mexico, Celia Diaz has been a prominent figure in the San Diego Community. Coming from a humble background, she has gained the respect and reverence of community leaders on both sides to the U.S./Mexico border region. Her office is decorated with awards ranging from the U.S. Coast Guard to the Governor of Mexico. But if you ask her, it is not recognition that she desires but the happy feeling of helping someone safely return to their loved ones. Celia is a great humanitarian who cares about each individual transport she is personally involved with.
