Approximately 30 minutes North of Bellingham, Washington is one of the premier residential communities in the Northwest. Birch Bay Village is a gated community of over 1000 unique homes on 1129 residential lots with many common areas and recreational facilities.
With a private marina, 9-hole executive golf course, swimming pools, sport courts, clubhouse and playground parks, Birch Bay Village members have the opportunity enjoy an active northwest lifestyle. Our members have also organized a number of clubs for those with interests ranging from quilting to wine tasting and exercise to music.
