Geoff and Debbie Camire met in the 1990’s while working in the restaurant at the Four Seasons in Boston. Both had studied at CIA and were working towards creating their own restaurants when they met. The two hit it off and the rest was history! Debbie had grown up with plenty of involvement in the restaurant industry due to the many establishments her family had opened. In 1998, the two decided to open Biscotti Café & Pastry Shop with overwhelming support! One year later, the original Café burned down in a fire and the had to start from scratch.
