Blast Off Inc., a local family owned business was incorporated in early 2005. Today, Blast Off Inc. specializes in media blasting and painting. Our initial goal was to develop an effective way to strip bottom paint from fiberglass boat hulls without damaging the gelcoat. After extensive research, we found baking soda to be a highly effective media choice for both marine and automotive projects. It was a process unavailable in Western New York. Our venture into the coatings removal industry began.

Over the past decade our quality work and outstanding reputation have led us to expand beyond marine and automotive restoration. We now offer services to local industries, municipalities and contractors. We stock and use a wide variety of media to meet the needs of any project. We have also expanded our shop to include painting, in addition to blasting.

The facilities at Blast Off Inc can accommodate any size project. We have two blast booths large enough for heavy equipment and tractor trailers as well as cars and trucks. We also have multiple blast cabinets on site for smaller projects. In the summer of 2012 we doubled the size of our operation by building two paint rooms in response to the high demand for coating services.
