A letter from from the Owner/President


I moved to California in 1997 and by an incredible stroke of luck began working in the off road industry. I spent years working in service, sales, and purchasing with people who know motors inside and out. This helped me to learn how our industry works from different view points. Over the years I worked on the buying and selling end of thousands of motor rebuilds, and I began to see patterns in the way engine parts for rebuilds were bought and sold. I learned what should be and what does not necessarily have to be replaced when building a motor. I was also learned when to use OEM and when to use after market parts to best build a high performing motor that is reliable and affordable. I took this experience and knowledge and started BP Racing in April of 2013, selling top end and complete motor rebuild packages that gave customers what they needed and left out what they didn’t. Today we have a team that is strong and knowledgeable, and our goal is to get you what you need, when you need it, and help you along the way.

We offer kits to suit every need, some with just the basics and others with every bell and whistle you can think of. Building a bike on a budget? We have a kit for you. Building your dream bike and cost is not the most important factor? We have a kit for you. We can even put together extreme motor kits capable of 100hp+ for drag racing applications. Our kits come from top quality manufacturers with solid reputations. We stock the parts for these kits, so when just one or two items need replacing you have a place to go to.

The correct combination of air and fuel is needed for a motor to perform and last. We offer a wide variety of carbs and carb kits to help you get to that “sweet spot” where your motor really runs right. We also offer services like bore and hone, cylinder re-nikasil, crankshaft repair, cylinder and cylinder head porting, carb tuning, valve jobs, and standard, +1, and +2 head rebuilds. Our service work is done by qualified technicians with no less than 15 years of experience working on every type of two and four stroke motor made.
