Brentwood Fine Meats was established in 2003 by local residents Greg Karkas and Bill Harris. They saw a need to provide the area with great quality meats and a personalized, home-town service people would desire and value.

Brentwood Fine Meats has worked hard to fulfill its goal and has become one of those special businesses every town wishes it had, a business where the regular customers have become friends.

Brentwood Fine Meats is more than just a butcher shop, it’s an important part of the community. They stock the store with locally produced products like pies, BBQ sauces, olive oils, and a few popular fresh vegetables (in the summer). They support local community organizations like PAL, Brentwood Men’s club and the local schools.
