With more than two decades of experience and 5,000 satisfied customers to its credit, Total Restoration has grown from a small contractor into a premier insurance restoration specialist and emergency remediation service provider serving the greater Houston area.

Company founder Brandon Bowles began working in the restoration industry in 1996, fueled by a desire to treat people and their belongings with respect and consideration. Over the next few years, he gained the respect of many adjusters and agents who realized that he handled every loss with attention to detail and respect for the loss the insured was going through. Brandon became the preferred remediator for adjusters for many carriers that we are still working with today.

In 1999, Brandon entered the property restoration industry full-time and founded Magnolia Total Restoration. Shortly after, Brandon’s son Wade joined the company. As a young man, Wade worked with the contents team, handled demolition and was even on a punch-out crew to finish out various projects, learning the ins and outs of the business from the bottom up. His attention to detail has allowed him to develop into a leading estimator that many insurance adjusters call on when needing independent consulting.

Today, Wade serves as the General Manager and remains committed to delivering the same level of service as his father provided for many years. Wade truly understands the needs of customers and exudes excellent customer service in all he does, setting the standard from the top down.
