Focused in eleven states in the southern U.S., our award-winning work is represented by over 350 major buildings which include hospitals, higher education, Pre-K through 12 public education, multi-family residential, assisted living and skilled nursing, municipal buildings, banks, medical offices and commercial buildings.


Founded in 1982 with 3 partners, BYSParchitects has grown to over twenty employees focusing on unique projects of creative challenge. Celebrating our 37th year of successful practice this year, we continue our commitment to our client’s needs and goals, creating architecture of unique and inspiring identity. We continue to cultivate younger architects with diverse design capabilities who share in our mission of project individuality and client reflected uniqueness.


BYSParchitects is committed to architectural sustainability and green building practices in all types of buildings with our LEED accredited design professionals involved in all aspects of design. We have advanced building efficiency and high-performance building systems in our practice markets and are emerging as leaders in the area of water conservation and reuse.
