We were in a bind and really wanted hardwood installed in our new house. Nothing was working put, so we went in looking at LVP, but found they had a pre-finished hardwood available. We worked with Lewis at the North Seattle (Aurora) location, and he was never pushy and communicated throughout. Installation went as planned and the floors look great!
