Cascadia Homes was created with the #1 goal of focusing on our clients. Driven with spirited energy,
excellent communication, and solid relationships, we communicate with you to build a beautifully crafted
home, at a fair price. Noticing that most new homes lacked street appeal, architectural design, quality of
construction, and most of all, client satisfaction, it fueled a mission to bring back what home buyers deserve.

It takes more than experience to make a great homebuilder – it takes passion. Brian Hecker started
building homes with inspiration from his grandfather and since then has worked constantly to refine and
improve the home building process. His work continues to reflect his enthusiasm and excitement for the
craft of homebuilding, creating one of the most sought after homebuilders in the area.
Brian passionately builds each home with his artistic eye and an unparalleled attention to detail, while
maintaining his everlasting goal of doing all things with fairness, honesty, & integrity.
