ALL Outdoor antennas belong to us (Castroville Computers) unless expressly written otherwise, Castroville Computers charges on invoices are for installation, cost is for labor, alignment, registration, cable and brackets. Maintenance contracts to cover all future potential labor costs are available. By using our service or as long as our antenna is in place means you are authorizing us to be allowed to go onsite on your property and on any buildings as needed with no other notice than here to adjust or reclaim the antenna. We reserve the right to reclaim any antenna at anytime if payment is late or terms of service listed here are violated. All support will be provided via trouble tickets made here on this website by clicking on the red help button, expect UP TO 24 hours for a response but usually next business day. The is a last resort internet service with best effort performance, do not make false claims of speciffic speeds, up time or repair time promises. Do not demand that residential plans perform with gaurentee for Work, School, or as a TV service medium. Do not ask for assistance via text.
Customers will be responsible for labor charges associated with antenna replacement due to damages of anykind, upgrades to keep up with technology, realigmnets, or relocations. All situations that require a labor charge will disclosed to you for approval and discussion before proceeding. You may not download any unauthorized content such as but not limited to pirted movies or torrent website material. This is the most upfront and best effort sevice statement possible – you should try all other providers and technologies before commiting to this internet service.
