With an unrivaled passion for Niagara Falls, Doreen O’Connor wanted to give tourists an unforgettable experience. In 1996 while working as the General Manager of a local hotel, Doreen started Niagara Majestic Tours on a part-time basis. The company started off small, with only one sales agent, one van and two drivers. However, within two years Majestic Tours became a year-round operation, and Doreen left her hotel career to run the company full time. In 2010 Majestic became a Gray Line franchise. Over the years, Doreen’s superior product knowledge and customer service skills have led Majestic to the great success it is today.

Gray Line is licensed to operate in Buffalo, and Niagara Falls US and Canada. We offer a variety of services beyond guided sightseeing, such as airport transportation, private charters and more.

Today, Gray Line holds the licenses to operate in Niagara Falls USA, Ontario and Buffalo. The company offers a wide array of products and services that include sightseeing tours of Niagara Falls, airport transportation, private charters and much more.
