Charisma Remodeling Services, LLC started back in 1985, under the name Charisma Construction. We’ve always been family owned and operated, and as the company changed hands, that has not changed.


James and Debra Kooiman, our founders, have retired, but Charisma is still going strong. The reins have been placed in the more-than-capable hands of brothers, Ruben and Santos Vallejo, who worked for the company for the last ten years, dedicated to all Charisma clients. Santos has been an outstanding Project Supervisor since 2010!


We’re still here for all your remodeling needs. Santos and Ruben will continue the legacy of “Remarkable Remodeling” that was started 36 years ago!
