About Charter College

Charter College is a private, independent institution of higher education that emphasizes a new direction for education. Charter College is not a liberal arts college or university. Instead, Charter College takes the best elements from each of these respected educational institutions to create a unique and innovative experience that meets our students’ needs.

We offer career training programs in the growing fields of health care, business, veterinary assistant, information technology, and select trade careers. We provide our students with a career-focused education that is relevant in today’s workspace and integrated with industry-specific technology, software and equipment.
A history of helping people advance their lives

Charter College started this mission in 1985. We saw a need for flexible certificate and degree programs dedicated to teaching passionate students valuable skills in a non-traditional environment that accommodated busy schedules, family needs and more.

In the years since we began, we have expanded to numerous locations throughout the West, as well as robust online offerings. We have been fortunate enough to grow with every student and witness their success first-hand.
