Cliffs Construction recently replaced the shower pan and door frame in my master bath. The owner Brian Roberts provided me with a reasonable cost estimate on what was actually in need of repair and not anything extra.

Brian and his crew were at my residence everyday promptly at 7:00 am. I have never had the need to hire a contractor and I was extremely skeptical due to all the poor experiences that friends and co-workers have shared with me as far as the contractor’s reliability, workmanship and trust issues. Friends have had contractors start a project and return several days later and sometimes weeks’ later, leaving messes in the work area as well as stealing money from their homes. The positive experience I received from Cliffs Construction has completely changed my perspective.

They were very clean using canvas drop cloths in all path ways and sealed off the archway with heavy plastic from the master bath to the bedroom which does not have a door. They consistently worked daily until the job was completed. The crew did an outstanding job and I am very pleased with the outcome.

The company is bonded and I felt comfortable leaving them alone in my house to perform the job. The crew even looked after my dog that was able to stay indoors on those hot summer days.

I highly recommend Cliffs Construction and Home Maintenance to anyone. Their work was of highest quality workmanship, very dependable and honest people. Brian has a friendly demeanor, full of energy and I enjoyed doing business with his company.
