Will Hankla began the Heat and Air Conditioning business in the 1987. Believing in people, values, hospitality and congeniality, he grew the business with a focus on customer service, satisfaction and long-term relationships. With Lidija later joining the family, the Hankla tradition of being down to earth, easy to talk to, and treating people the way they would like to be treated continued. (They've even been known to show up on service calls with fresh vegetables from their garden from time to time and Will takes as good of care with his customers as he does his tomatoes!.)
