There are two preferred methods to place an order with us; The My Files Page and The File Transfer Page.

1. The My Files Page:

There is no minimum order using My Files

You can place your order from either your computer or mobile device when using the My Files Page. If you log-in, the images you upload will remain in your password-protected library.

Jpg and Tif files only when using the Upload Page - 100Mb maximum file size.

Not all products are available in custom sizes. If you don’t see the product you want, it might not be available at that size. For instance, Metal Prints and Canvas Wraps are not available in custom sizes when ordering with the My Files page.

When using the My Files page your image may be slightly enlarged on some products in order to completely fill the specified sheet size to the edge. Metal prints and some mounted prints require an image ‘bleed’ in production. The bleed size is normally .125" at print size on each of the four sides of your image. For precise cropping on these products please include a bleed in your files and transfer them to us through the file transfer page.

2. The File Transfer Page:

The File Transfer Page is for transferring files that have been professionally prepared for your order. The FTP is also good for placing custom-sized orders, and for transferring larger files, PDF files, and zip files.

The File Transfer Page has no Shopping Cart. We will contact you by email to arrange for payment after reviewing your files. Feel free to contact us with questions.

Orders placed using the FTP are subject to a $10 order entry fee and a $20 minimum.
