CAC has become the premier property management company in the property management field. It was founded by Allen and Paula Shaw over 40 years ago. We owe our success in the condominium management field to both our incredibly organized systems and to what we like to call, our outstanding CAC premier property management personnel. CAC prides itself on keeping employees for the long term.
