Construction Information Systems, Inc. (CIS) was founded in 1988 to provide and successfully implement industry- leading software solutions that would benefit contractors, property managers and developers throughout New York State.

In 1985, Paul Unter began implementing and training construction software systems. His knowledge of accounting and construction combined with his expertise in computers and networking quickly earned him an excellent reputation within the construction industry. Through hard work and dedication, he has committed himself to delivering excellence. He continues to provide and successfully implement systems in construction companies of all types and sizes. Paul's vast cumulative experience and knowledge make him a leader in the Construction Technology Industry and an invaluable asset to CIS and their customers.

Theresa Corso worked as an assistant controller for two construction companies in New York, at a time when computers and accounting software were new technology. She purchased and successfully implemented accounting systems in both firms, opening the door for continued consulting for other construction firms going through the automation process.
