Dr. Kong Graduated from UC Davis in 1994 and began practicing veterinary medicine for a year in Fresno, California and then 6 years in Santa Rosa, CA. She then embarked upon a fun journey of doing relief work for veterinarians throughout Sonoma, Marin and Mendocino counties. She was hired to do some relief work for Cotati Small Animal Hospital, eventually hired on full time, and is thrilled to have become the owner August 1, 2021. "My goal is to provide loving care for my patients and their human families in a homey atmosphere." When not caring for your pets she cares for her two Labrador retrievers - Carl and Siri, her two cats - Sprout and Olive, her three hens - Foghorn, Lacy and Rosie and her fish Blue. She enjoys hiking, kayaking, reading and spending time with her husband, children and friends.
