County Fair Air Conditioning Corporation is a full service mechanical contractor which has been serving the needs of businesses in the New York City metropolitan area since 1959. We are well known for prompt, professional service and planned maintenance agreements tailored to meet the individual needs of our customers.

Our service area includes the 5 Boroughs of New York City, Nassau and Suffolk Counties, as well as Westchester and Rockland Counties.

We are equipped with the latest available communication and business information systems, dispatch software and GPS tracking systems to address the need of our customers.

County Fair’s Service Team is well trained to recognize and react to any emergency. We maintain a service team 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and our emergency response time is among the fastest in the industry.

Our service technicians are fully trained and able to handle computer room systems, conventional rooftop and split heating and air conditioning equipment, oil and gas fired hydronic heating systems, chilled water systems, cooling towers, as well as custom specialty units used in the manufacturing and research markets.

We currently maintain a fleet of 15 up-to-date service vehicles equipped with a full line of universal replacement parts as well as commonly used proprietary components that are always available. The use of strategically placed parts houses and our in house parts runners contribute to the completion of most service calls within two hours.

CFAC’s Electrical and Controls Team has the expertise and experience necessary to provide prompt and professional electrical services with our on-staff licensed electrician. We are fully trained in the administration of building automation systems such as Tracer Summit, Trane Tracker, TCS Basys, Johnson Controls, Carrier Comfort Systems, Wattmaster, and Novar, to name a few.

Our Installation Team is equipped to handle all types of engineering and installation projects. Some of our specialties include the installation of all types and tonnages of HVAC equipment, building renovations, research laboratories, computer room installations, chillers and a full line of ductwork installations and modifications.
