Charles P. Rosen is local and nationally known in the areas of employee benefits and financial consulting. Charles also co-hosts a talk radio program on local AM radio stations from time to time on various topics. As a Past-President of the California Association of Health Underwriters he spends time talking about health care reform and its fiscal impact on Government and Business. He sits on various Business and Consumer Advocacy Committees for local Chambers of Commerce.

Charles earned his degree from Otterbein College, known as one of the top private colleges in the country. He is a Past President of the Ventura County Association of Health Underwriters and serves as their current Chair of Legislation, and has served on the board of directors for the Boys and Girls Club of Simi Valley as well as the Simi Valley Baseball League.

Charles and his wife Andrea have three sons and live in Frisco, Texas.
