I was raised in West Texas where my father taught me that hard work and purpose are paramount to success. These things, coupled with my inherited desire to help others, have remained at the forefront of my professional career. In my experience, having owned four companies, strong leadership and excellent people skills are critical for an executive leader to succeed.

For 23 years, I have had the honor of coaching thousands of business professionals all over the world as a recruiter, practice management consultant, business coach, mentor and keynote speaker.Our addition of connecting business professionals with one another in the healthcare industry to our service offerings was born out of a deep desire to help people make great hiring decisions that would result in higher and long-term success in their dental business. Owning my own companies makes this even more fun and rewarding because I know how difficult it is to juggle a business while trying to find, train and onboard the right people for your culture. We’re here to take that burden off of you and let you do what you do best.

Randa is Founder and CEO of Dental Medical Careers, Inc. She is a faculty member of the Henry Schein Dental Business Institute and a Founding Member of Women in DSO. She speaks both nationally and internationally on many topics related to the business of dentistry. She has published articles in Contemporary Esthetics, Dental Economics, AADOM, Henry Schein, Inc. Business Solutions and Dental Mentor magazines.

Randa is also Owner and CEO of Pinnacle Leadership Academy, Inc., a highly respected dental coaching firm. Her desire to make a difference in the teams she coaches motivates her to learn more about people every day
