My name is Mor Ron Izhaki, the owner of Donald Duct & Steam. I previously managed another Air Duct cleaning company. After a few years, I decided to start my own company, and since then Donald Duct & Steam has served thousands of satisfied customers.

Our company name, Donald Duct & Steam, may sound like a funny cartoon character but we take our job very seriously! We train and educate our technicians to perform every service in the most professional way without cutting edges. We never try to sell our customers something they don’t need. We are well known as a professional and honest company, and keeping up this reputation is very important to us. Our most important mission is to keep our customers in total satisfaction. One of the biggest things that makes us stand out from other companies is the integrity of each individual that is part of Donald Duct & Steam.

Throughout the years, we have learned that customers are not happy when companies give a price over the phone and then change it after arriving to their homes. Even if there is a good reason for it, the customer is still not happy and will still call it the “Bait and switch” method. In order to prevent any misunderstanding, we have switched to a new method that works well for the customer and for us. For all air duct cleaning, repair, and replacement services we offer free in-home, no-obligation Inspections. After arriving at the customer’s house, we will perform a free inspection and notify the customer of the condition, solution, and price. After the customer’s approval of the quote, we will continue with the service.
