Hi, my name is Sonja Withey and I'm the owner/operator of Drive2Pass North here in San Luis Obispo.

As a former educator and mother of three awesome young adults, I experienced just how rewarding it was to encourage and teach others. Years back when my children were nearing adulthood I started to think of ways I could continue my love of teaching even after my children had set about their futures. I have always admired my mom who has been a driving instructor for nearly 20 years and it hit me, "Wow, I would really love to do what my mom does!" My mother, Sandra Rios, helped make this dream come true and I can honestly say I've been trained by the best of the best.

Today, working with my students and their parents gives me great joy and keeping teens safe on the road is a daily motivation for me in my line of work. I'm grateful for the opportunity to thoroughly teach the skills needed for my students to be safe, responsible, and excellent defensive drivers. I look forward to working with you and I desire to make learning to drive an enjoyable experience.
