EC Music Studios was started in 2015 by Woodland resident Everett Carlson. Everett has been teaching guitar and drums for 10 years, including 8 years at Beacock Music in Vancouver Wa. He teaches people of all ages and levels of experience, and he teaches many styles of music including Jazz, Blues, Rock, Contemporary Christian, Pop, Grunge, and Metal, among others. He has taught thousands of lessons to hundreds of satisfied students, and he believes that the trick to teaching music is to treat each student with compassion, patience and respect, and to provide an environment that encourages students to have fun and be creative.
