Empire AcroGymnastics is the home of Eight USA Gymnastics National Team Members.

We offer classes in competitive acrobatic gymnastics along with a pre-team.

Both of our Competitive Teams have several National Titles to their credit.

We strive to build self confidence while learning skills that teach coordination and advanced tumbling skills. All athletes progress at their own progression rate. We do not hold athletes back due to age.


We offer classes in Tumbling for athletes 3 years- 23 years

Punch Card Classes are available for Jr. High, High School and College students who need to learn to tumble for cheer.
