With more than thirty four years of experience in the insurance and independent financial services industry, Eric has positioned himself as someone his clients can trust for insight and wisdom as they develop plans for achieving their comprehensive lifestyle goals. He began his career in 1975 with Farmers Insurance Group where he acquired a strong background in property and casualty insurance. As he transitioned into the Securities industry in 1981 he strived to assist clients accumulate and preserve wealth through comprehensive financial planning strategies; implementing tax efficient investments for retirement and estate planning programs. Eric expanded his practice to include group health insurance and employee benefits in 1988. In 2000 he was invited to affiliate with Kirk Riding and shortly thereafter Capstone Consulting Group was founded. Eric also manages Landmark Professional Insurance which offers business liability, workers compensation, health, dental and vision insurance.

Eric believes in giving back to the community and has been active in various business and civic service organizations in the High Desert area of Southern California. He lives in Apple Valley with his wife Karen, who recently retired from for the Orange County Sheriff’s Department. He has four children and four grandchildren.
