I like that the Evergreen team has one common goal to provide “patient-centered care” all day every day with team-focused effort. Our focused effort is the experience that we want every customer to remember for a lifetime.
Our team-centered approach to our experience motivates me to inspire our direction to create a fun, nurturing, and growth centered environment. I strive to empower each of our departments to take charge of their span of control and own it. I love coming to work every day to see the new wins our team has achieved.
