Excel is owned by Chris and Randi Jones of Seabeck, WA on the west side of the Kitsap peninsula. Both Jones' have a Master of Science degree in Entomology (insects). They have professional experience in the pest control industry, and are educated in the safest, most up-to-date pest control practices. The Jones moved to Kingston from Tennessee after graduating with their degrees, then later to Seabeck. "We love this area," states Chris Jones. "We couldn't have moved to a more beautiful location. Kitsap is a wonderful place to live."
Chris and Randi Jones pride themselves on providing courteous and personal service. "With larger companies, especially national ones, clients become just numbers and statistics, and no time is taken for individual, personal service anymore," says Randi. "With a local, small business, clients get the personal attention they deserve."
Chris and Randi Jones are state licensed, extensively trained in pest ID, damage recognition, and insect management methods. The Jones' develop service programs for each client that are environmentally responsible, such as using Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices. Treatment plans by Excel include control measures designed to reduce or eliminate pests while minimizing customer concerns over chemicals. Strategies used may include interior/exterior baiting, harborage reduction, repair or exclusion work, and improvements in sanitation.
