John, Shirley, and Bob realized early on that vinyl framed windows were ideal for the Puget Sound's cold wet climate. The frames were much warmer than aluminum and the maintenance was virtually nonexistent compared to wood windows.

Factory Direct Windows is one of the pioneers of vinyl windows in the Puget Sound region. We came out with a line of vinyl storm windows and later evolved into vinyl replacement windows. We have replaced windows, patio doors, French doors, bay and bow windows, garden windows, and vinyl siding for thousands of satisfied customers over the years.
