I'm a very fussy homeowner. And still the experience was, start to finish, (dare I say it?) perfect. Jeff, the owner, came to my house, looked at the job, detailed for me what would and would not be done based on a given price. The crew was right on time, a friendly group led by the accommodating Josh who was flexible with my requests and reasonable in every way. I was worried about my daffodil bed (right under the trees), and they did not damage a single one! Jeff even let me add some of my own recent trimmings to the shredder. From Jeff to Josh to the entire crew, these people were thoughtful about the work, clear as to the job itself, punctual, tidy, and friendly. Jeff even suggested a way I could save some bucks by taking on some of the work myself. You couldn't ask for better service, and, as I said, I'm very fussy and not very forgiving. ~ David G., Sebastopol CA
