Boating and Marine > Building and Repair

We are a small family business run out of Battle Ground, Wa. Just a few miles north of Vancouver, Wa.

I have been in this industry for 13 years now. My wife, Jennifer, and I run this business out of our home just about 1 mile north of Lewisville Park. We have two boys which are 16 and 13 years old. Both attend Battle Ground Schools. Justin, the oldest is at Battle Ground High School, and Matthew, our youngest attends Chief Umtuch Middle School.

We have four employees, three out in the field to respond to alarm calls and pumpings, and one in the office that handles the scheduling.

We have three vacuum trucks. One is named “Mack” one named “Pete” and one named “Freddie”. “Mack” is the backbone of the business with 4,200 gallons of onboard capacity. He can really haul some wastewater. “Pete” is 2,600 gallons and is a great truck for when the schedule is really getting hit hard. “Freddie” can haul 3,400 gallons. At times all three trucks are called at the same time, for really big projects. AKA need to move a lot of wastewater, and need to move it fast.

We also have two inspection trucks. One is a 3/4 ton F2fiddy and the other is a Freightliner Sprinter Van. Both are usually what we run around it. Both don’t do any pumpings. They respond out to alarms and inspection/real estate inspection calls.

But the backbone and brains of this operation is my wife Jennifer. Before her, I was just a hard working man spinning my tires and working hard. She has made our lives much easier by getting us to work smarter, and not so hard.

Most of the time she is the one answering phones and scheduling appointments. With four trucks and two vacuum trucks driving around, we usually have someone close by.

One of our goals is to educate customers on septic systems. How they work, the theories behind them, what to not put in them, and what to put in them. There are many varieties of systems out there ranging from standard (Gravity Systems) to complicated (Sand filters, and timed dosing). Our goal is to be up-to-date with all systems, maintaining systems with our onsite maintenance, and sending out our pump truck when required. Your system is designed to run roughly 85 years but because of neglect the average for life of a septic system has been reduced to 30 years. It is because of this that we strive to provide the highest quality of care for your septic system.

We respond to all alarm calls within 24 hours. We drop our schedule of regular onsite maintenance for those who are experiencing a true emergency and we ask all of our customers to understand and be considerate in these situations.

Sometimes you may have a question if a soggy spot in your septic system is anything to be concerned about, it all depends. If it is black and smelly, then it is a concern. The black is not sewage, rather it is a bacteria that forms when untreated sewage is being released. This issue requires attention and can usually be fixed fairly easy and painlessly. Remember, a lot of a septic system is made of PVC pipe and that is usually an inexpensive repair if attended to in a timely manner.

We also accept most forms of payment; Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, and American Express (so build your airline miles or cash back rewards) And yes, we do accept cash.

Presently our web site is still under construction. We are making an effort to present you with our entire spectrum of offers as soon as possible. At this point we can provide you with information regarding septic services. The emphasis of our site is educating our customers so please check in again soon.
