Since 2005, I had enjoyed a rewarding and exciting real estate career that has allowed me to excel at helping clients, plus be part of the ever-changing market in the greatest city in the world. Having worked in both the residential and commercial arenas of the business at some of NYC's top brokerage firms, I am innovative, with client-centric philosophy, and I optimize the level and breadth of service to my clients. As a broker and owner, real estate is almost second nature to me. For the past 25 years, I’ve amassed a wealth of knowledge as a Manhattan resident, and I earned an impressive reputation as smart, savvy sales professional. I always conduct my business with honesty and integrity.

My goal is to match each client's lifestyle, budget, property type and location preference to their short and long-term goals, doing whatever it takes to satisfy their unique needs with the most appropriate property. Specializing in all of Manhattan with a particular fondness for downtown, as well as in prime Brooklyn neighborhoods, I have enjoyed success handling the gamut of real estate deals involving coops, condos, brownstones, commercial investments, rentals and townhouses. Personally, I’ve lived in Hell's Kitchen, Chelsea and the West Village, and called the East Village home since 1995. Born in France and raised in Israel, I lived in Toronto, Canada before settling in New York City in 1989. I understand people from all cultures and walks of life, and am fascinated by world economics and politics.
