We use a state of the art computer aided drafting and design program that is specifically intended for residential work. With this powerful tool, we can generate full color 3-D renderings of interiors, exteriors, and flyover views to help visualize the completed design.

​We work with and coordinate other professional services typically required to complete a design for a project, including the site survey, soils report, structural engineering, and any major grading, drainage and site improvement plans that would be typically performed by a civil engineer. Their reports and drawing sheets are incorporated into the final set of building plans that are submitted for a building permit, along with the plans and drawing sheets we create. The end product is a set of highly detailed working drawings used for all aspects of the project, from conception to completion, including obtaining all required permits, and finally, the actual construction of the building project.
