Since 2004 we have been researching renewable energy devices and have accumulated an overall appreciation that just substituting one source of energy for another will not be enough to reduce and subsequently minimize our carbon footprint. We, as a society, need to pay attention to the smallest details in our methods of extraction, manufacturing, transportation, usage and disposal of every item that we touch.
We have to become an astute consumer who is educated about the carbon footprint of almost every item that we consume, so we can make an educated decision about its purchase, usage and disposal.
