We have two offices located in Santa Barbara and Los Olivos with staff located in Santa Barbara, Solvang, Nipomo, and Atascadero to better serve the south and central coasts.

We have two fully equiped trucks, with CAD staff. We also have a drone, for cost-effective and extremely accurate surveys. Eric is a Professional Land Surveyor, and a Certified Federal Surveyor and licensed in both Arizona and California.

We specialize in ALTA/NSPS land title surveys, Boundary or property surveys, and mapping projects such as: Topographic maps, Tentative, Final, and Parcel Mapping. Please see our "Services" page for a full description.
