Healthier Air & Heating, LLC is a residential only heating and air-conditioning Service Company. We specialize in residential service, maintenance, installation, your safety and your comfort. We specialize so we can focus on what we do best and as a result be the best at what we do. We offer cutting edge, professional service, using the latest in diagnostic tools and procedures. We concentrate on air quality, your comfort, and your system as a whole. That means ducts and airflow included; we don't just look at the "box" (furnace). We also pride ourselves in educating the homeowner in relation to energy efficiency, indoor air quality, home and appliance safety.
Kris Pedrin, the owner has a combined 33 years experience in the industry. His experience spans from being a technician with the U.S. Air Force to Washington Natural Gas (Puget Sound Energy). Kris was a top notch technician and troubleshooter serving from Bellevue, the greater Seattle areas to Tacoma, Gig Harbor and Port Orchard. Kris is very familiar with the West Seattle and Vashon Island communities. Kris was able to develop a positive rapport with his customers and as a result was often requested for subsequent visits.

John Overall is new to the Healthier Air & Heating family. John is my business partner in Energy Efficient Systems LLC a partnership company formed in 2008. John also worked for Washington Natural Gas now Puget Sound Energy for many years. I've known John for a long time and I know that he is a man of faith and has a very high level of work ethics, morality and integrity. He's also a very hard worker, sometimes (well most of the time) I can hardly keep up with him. Welcome aboard John.

We offer airflow diagnostics and balancing, carbon monoxide and combustion diagnostics; we install and replace heat pumps, air conditioning, gas and electric furnaces in homes just like yours. We can also design and install a system to improve your indoor air quality. From fresh air make up systems to the latest air cleaning technologies, we can offer your family a healthier and safe indoor living environment.
