Started as the F.L. Guenther Company in 1949, The Hozack Company has a long history as one of the premier electrical manufacturer’s agents in the Northwest. Jack Hozack joined Guenther and Tate in 1965 and later purchased the Company in 1970; it was then that the name changed to The Jack Hozack Company. Mr. Hozack continued to successfully build the business through the late 1980’s until his retirement and subsequent sale of the Company to Scott Taylor. Under Scott’s leadership, the Hozack Company continued to flourish and experienced substantial growth. It was in 2014 when Mr. Taylor retired and turned over the reins to the current ownership team; long time employees, Ken Spridgeon and Carol Louderback. The Hozack Company continues as one of the most successful and well respected agencies in the Northwest and is well positioned to prosper long into the future.
